As I sit down to write this it is hard to believe that we are halfway through August. It has been quite a year and there is so much to tell you.

The real estate market has been continuing as a strong seller’s market although things are starting to shift slightly. Buyer fatigue has contributed to a drop in demand, easing the days on market and slim inventory that has been plaguing the Phoenix Area Market for the last year. In February we saw a peak, and as of today inventory levels are starting to make a slow climb up. This climb is releasing some pressure from the relentless demand that has caused bidding wars and offers where buyers had to waive everything in order to be considered. Despite this sizzling market, our buyers have been able to snag homes at or under asking price and keep many of their contingencies in place. Sellers have been able to sell quickly and the demand has allowed for a more flexible moving schedule which can ease the burden of trying to find a new home to move into. We are still seeing post-possession agreements or longer close dates, easing the burden for sellers who are trying to plan their next move while taking advantage of the high buyer demand. Vista In the News
It’s been a wild year for our Team Leader, Lindsay Mozena-Krater. At the start of the year she was selected as the 2020 Rising Star of the Year for East Valley Real Producers Magazine. It was quite a surprise and she was honored to be recognized for her contributions in the industry and the community.

In June of 2021, Lindsay also achieved her dreams by expanding the Vista team into the Charlotte market. As a licensed Broker in North Carolina, Lindsay is now able to serve our clients across two markets. She joined forces with the Realty One Group Revolution where her license is officially “hung.” Her Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist Designation carries across both markets as she is part of One LUXE Realty One Group International, so she is able to continue serving the industry and pursuing her passion for both Land and Luxury.
In July of 2021, Lindsay was nominated by Modern Luxury Magazine Scottsdale as one of the Top 20 Dynamic Women across all industries. It was a pleasant surprise and one that she is too humbled to chat about. The magazine is set to hit newsstands in September. Check out our social media for a preview of the article.

Vista was able to contribute $5,000 this year towards the Tour de Force Charity. It is a local charity that supports the families of the fallen officers. Lindsay is also working on launching her 2nd Annual Coats for Kids drive. If you would like to host a coat donation box in your place of business please reach out to Lindsay at lindsay@vistagroup.us
