Phoenix Area October Real Estate Market News
Happy fall! It is our favorite time of year, you know the one where we get all 4 seasons in one day? Winter starts at 6am, Spring at 11am, Summer at 1pm, and Fall around 4:30ish.
But despite the cooling overnight temperatures, our real estate market continues to be moving forward relentlessly. With an 8.8% raise in the prices of sold homes over the last 3 months, we don’t anticipate the bleak market outlook for 2021 that some of the major news providers are providing. Currently the REO/Short Sale/Foreclosure market makes up .7% of home sales.
