A December Update from Vista
As the year comes to a close, we're sharing the latest community news, market highlights, local events, and real estate insights to keep you informed throughout December and into the new year.
8 Weeks Before
It’s our favorite time of year. Winter has officially arrived in Phoenix along with the tourists and snow birds. The stockings are hung by the chimney and we are prepared for rain over the next few days!
Wishing you a fun and happy filled Hanukkah, Christmas, and New Years! This holiday season has allowed us a chance to reflect on the last year since we made the move from KW to Realty One. As one of the top performing teams in the brokerage and the state, we have been grateful to be able to help over 52 families find new homes this year. We donated $3500 to charity, planted 111 tree’s, donated 2 dozen books, and have volunteered at Feed My Starving Children. We also achieved our Heroes certification so we are the designated team in the valley to work with our military and 1st Responder families. Our special programs have expanded to allow us to serve Doctors, Dentists, and our valley Heroes and we couldn’t be more grateful for this opportunity.
Not only has our team seen growth but the valley has as well with the most recent report stating that we are still seeing over 200 people a day moving into the valley. Commercial real estate growth has outpaced supply and the residential sector has seen so much demand most listings are seeing multiple offers and bidding wars. The 202 loop is officially open, Chandler, Gilbert, Downtown Phoenix have all seen major growth in urban living, retails stores, and dining.
2020 is expected to be one of the biggest years yet and we are excited to see what the future will bring in the new decade. We are hoping you can help us make the leap to be the #1 team in the brokerage, so please send us any referrals for residential or commercial real estate.
